Tech-Diving 2000

Introduction

In November 1994 the Diving Club at The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH DK) arranged a seminar named Tech-Diving 94. The seminar was the first of its kind and dealt with a subject new to Sweden - Technical Diving. The interest was greater than ever expected and the seminar, held in the elegant facilities of KTH, was a tremendous success.

Five years have now passed. A series of seminars and exhibitions with similar themes have been arranged. But none of those have, in our point of view, ever had the international caliber and focus that KTH DK's Tech Diving 94 had.

Our intention is to arrange the Tech-Diving 2000 seminar on February 26-27. The seminar will focus on Medicine, Extreme Achievements, World-famous Wrecks, Technology and Education Organizations. The lectures are in English. Only the foremost persons in each focal-area are invited to lecture.

Tech-Diving 2000 is a co-operation between KTH DK and the dive team Baltic Sea Tech Divers (BSTD). Together we have great abilities to arrange a very successful seminar!
